- Drive activities of a group of Specialists responsible for developing, validating and introducing new highly complex genetic tests into the diagnostic routine, including tests aimed at cancer and rare diseases.- Participating in the evaluation and selection of the best diagnostic tests on the market;- Cost and feasibility analysis of projects;- Discussions with opinion leaders in the medical field to evaluate and study the feasibility of a new product or new technique and its possible applications in diagnostic routine;- Evaluation and approval of the technical quality of new diagnostic tests;- Optimize utilization of resources, and identification of opportunities to reduce exam costs;- Manage the budget of the Validation and Development area.- Maintain a continuous relationship with key clinical investigators and key external experts as to the relevant therapeutic area.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the introduction of a new test into diagnostic routine.- Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge.
