- Responsible for Life cycle management of software products from inception to end of life; establishing baselines and ensuring governance of change management principles. - Responsible for conducing end-to-end device launching in VIVO’s Brazilian market (Smartphones and Internet Devices) at 360º environment, leading agreements with equipment Manufacturer’s and securing successful product introductions. - Supporting B2B areas on IoT initiatives, evaluating new technologies, managing homologation processes and interacting with IoT vendors to find out effective solutions.- Securing short time to market, for new product launching, by coordinating properly all online communication during phase-in, from homologation until post sales, monitoring the results and proposing mitigation plans whenever it was necessary to secure sales growth. - Assuring the new devices technical capabilities were “user-friendly” translated to the “end-user” language, reviewing also all the marketing material contents prior to the product launching.

- Manage the field test activities from the beginning of the project until the homologation at carriers;- Coordinate SW product deployments in the region. Provide actions and schedule mitigation plans;- Planning activities and schedules for new upcoming products. Collaborate with team members, management, and ODM organizations by participating in scheduled meetings;- Process improvements inside organization- Region Focal Point of Contact for the SW status/risks/readiness;- Region Focal Point of Contact for Field Test to drive plans/activities;- Support on carrier homologation;- Assure quality items and entrance criterias
