For many years I was a business owner and worked closely to all types of industries. Food was always a big part of my life, and after a 2 years course I became a professional cook and got a glimpse of the industry. Later I had the opportunity to unite these worlds working in one of the most prestigious communication agencies for food and beverage in Brazil. But I wanted to merge even more in how a meal becomes an unique moment. That took me to London to study Hospitality Management, and to a Relais & Chateaux in the Tuscany, where I was part of an amazing environment to create premium experiences to the guests.I love people and being able to provide happiness through my work.
