Acting as a Human Resources business partner: support for all topics related to HR and people management for the factory operating area (manufacturing and maintenance). Coordination of Diversity programs – hiring people with disabilities and disseminating a culture of diversity, raising the quota from 3% to 5.4% and being a benchmark for other units. Learning Program Coordination – in the maintenance and administrative area, structuring a talent retention program and creating a career plan for the technical area, reaching 100% internal recruitment for entry positions in maintenance. Internship and Trainee Program Coordination – monitoring activities, training and structuring training to retain new talent. Performance Management (goal setting, individual development program, performance evaluation, calibration meetings) and Succession Plan – tools 9 in box and Success Factors. Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection area, operational and leadership positions. Coordination and definition of recognition programs – definition of governance, standards and criteria for the implementation of a new culture, linked to Integrated Systems (TPM). Support for labor relations, such as negotiation of working hours and analysis of disciplinary measures. Organization of corporate events. Responsible for the communication program between leaders and employees. Acting as a focal point for the Facilities and Global Security areas.

Responsible for the entire Annual Training Program, development projects and their indicators for a manufacturing unit. Preparation of materials and conducting internal training. Responsible for Internal Communication of the unit. Elaboration and selection of material, such as texts and photos, for dissemination in the company's internal vehicles such as newspapers, magazines, intranet. Organization of corporate events.
