• Coordinate NPD projects within the wire facility.• Development of new products through APQP methodology.• PPAP process leader• Project leader for: Product TransfersAutomotive Tier 2 businesses

• Collaborate on the project timing definition including APQP gates, milestones, sub-suppliers lead time and update Project status on the project management system.• Review, deploy and meet CSR as an input on APQP projects.• Work directly with all value streams and coordinate efforts to meet PPAP runs (Assembly, Metal Working, Ceramic).• Coordinate activities related to PPAP• Plan and develop product transfer projects between plants of the group up to SOP in receiving plant. 260 part numbers• Coordinate and define components and tooling transfer related to spark plug transfer.

• Coordination of meetings with cross functional team for the follow up and documentation of the APQP process. • Collaboration in new launches, product transfers and ECRs.• Flawless launch of a new Ford part number participating mainly on run@rates and PPAP activities• Manage a samples warehouse for the transfer of a complete product line from a sister plant.
