As the product owner of BlockFactory's blockchain-powered software products, I was responsible for creating the best possible value for our customers with each sprint of our agile development teams. The key challenge was to build innovative blockchain applications that can harness the unique properties of their underlying technology while offering a smooth user experience to its stakeholders - something that difficult to do in the early days of blockchain adoption.
