Back-end and integrations Software Engineer

Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the Web applications used by the Shire of Mundaring staff.

Responsible for leading, defining, designing, developing and maintaining the software of a company based on North America. Additionally, I was in charge of generating a proposal for the software development area structure.

1. Lead Developer of Raffle Web Application. the administrator user was able to set raffles with a sort of financial parameters for enabling the Application to choose randomly a winner, based on the applied configuration. 2. Lead Developer of the CLI Web Application, this approves a pre-approved loan and then makes the disbursement of it in the core financial system.3. IC3: The bank’s most important project of the year was to perform the migration of the new mobile platform. From PDA’s to Android operating system. In this project, I was in charge for designing and developing the financial analysis module, this is a centralized web service which has the capability to analyse in real time the client’s personal and financial data, so it can know if the client is financially suitable for a loan. This Web service has the capability to execute decision flows which can be created, updated or deleted by an administrator user. 4. Banca Móvil: Connect and support the existing banking transactions of the WWB bank with its correspondents banking entities to provide services to far zones and places where the bank cannot establish an office. In this project, I played the role of lead developer and I was in charge of the following activities: Design and Development these Web Methods: Loan Disbursement Transaction and Loan Withdrawal Transaction. 5. Design and implement a process management configuration, CMMI level 2, for the Bank’s Development Software Area. Also, I was being guided by GreenSQA an Expertise consultant. I played the role of process’s designer and implementer. As a result, we created a process management configuration and adapt a software methodology for the Area. These activities gave to the area a software process, with the goal of being capable of growth our processes with the purpose of being able to develop, document, control and track software items in the application life management (ALM).

While I worked in this company, I had the opportunity to contribute in three projects, such as: 1. Billing process for a distribution in Mexico, this process was built in PL/SQL. 2. Files Management Service, these services were built to run in Windows Server and its functionality was to re-organize all the transaction files saved in the company servers.3. Add new features to Nutresa Web Application for tracking electronic orders made throughout this app.
