- Professional experience 25 years on IT area.- I had worked +12 years at IT area in Agriculture Industry, where I had different positions starting as intern in 1998 and since 2009, I’ve been working as IT Lead and Project/Delivery Lead.- First experience as IT Lead was in Deere Tractor Facility located in Montenegro/RS – Brazil, where I was responsible for all IT related subjects, since budget management till the project resources, with direct reports, regional and global Deere organization and vendors, I had worked in Montenegro for 4 years.- Then I’ve been invited to work at Deere Parts Distribution Center responsible for IT area as well, located in Campinas/SP – Brazil, where I worked for 4 years on Parts Division, during this time I was responsible for all non-SAP systems and legacies for manufacturing units in Brazil also.- Then I’ve worked for 4 years on John Deere Financial Brazil as IT Lead and Delivery Lead for all the systems required to run the business in Brazil, more than 20 different applications, including regulatory which are really sensitive to Financial Institutions in Brazil.- Lately I’ve started my Agile journey with IT Transformation which is happening in John Deere around the world and now I’m a Scrum Master for Sales & Distribution Teams/Squads for about 2 years, which has been really challenging and gratifying at the same time by having the opportunity to assist the company make the required changes to continue being the leader in the market and the one of the best companies to work.- With all the opportunities I had so far, by working on different Deere units and divisions I’ve learned a lot about different business, processes and cultures globally, that’s what keep me motivated, the continuous learning process, as the Agile Transformation journey we’re going thought the last years.
