• Mechanical Engineer with a postgraduate degree in business management, safety engineering and engineering entrepreneurship.• Experience in multinational industries, in the areas of product development and after-sales.• Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).• Experience in the development of special tools and service manuals for heavy vehicles (Trucks and Buses).• Currently holding the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer, responsible for managing indicators related to warranty services, analysis of causes and development of corrective solutions in collaboration with product engineering, development of work instructions, service manuals, training and technical support to authorized service centers (dealers) for the products categories: Air conditioning GHP (Gas Heat Pump), Mini split air conditioning, Microwave domestic and Commercial, built-in appliances (electric oven, dishwasher, range hood and induction cooktop).• Knowledge in CAD software: AutoCad (2D) and SolidWorks (3D) / MS OfficeAchievements: Reduction in the Average Time to Repair (TAT – Turn Around Time) and recurrences, through the application of analysis and problem solving methods, development of training (in person and online) and preparation of technical documentation.
