As part of this role, I'll also be creating prototypes and testing with end users to marry the users' needs to the product's features and functions. Acting as the UI Designer, I'll apply all the findings and brand guidelines to the interface, ensuring the final product is not only beautiful but useful and usable.• Minor Capital Digital Transformation - a new function has been established at BHP, and part of its promise is to have the frontliners at the centre of its operations. Because of the broad footprint and variance of the roles, it's paramount to understand who these people are and how they work. Leading the UX front for this project, I'll be working closely with the people on the field doing UX research, mapping their journeys, understanding their digital behaviours to then design for their needs and ways to improve their performance while on the field. For Dove, I was part of the creative team that developed a concept that later was applied to the whole latin American market.
