La Comisión Asesora Ministerial del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología, Conocimiento e Innovación, denominada Comisión contra la Desinformación, se crea en virtud del Decreto N° 12 y abocará sus funciones a las siguientes temáticas: a) Impacto de la desinformación en la calidad de la democracia. b) Educación y desinformación: alfabetización digital. c) Desinformación en plataformas digitales. d) Buenas prácticas internacionales/experiencia comparada.… Show more La Comisión Asesora Ministerial del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología, Conocimiento e Innovación, denominada Comisión contra la Desinformación, se crea en virtud del Decreto N° 12 y abocará sus funciones a las siguientes temáticas: a) Impacto de la desinformación en la calidad de la democracia. b) Educación y desinformación: alfabetización digital. c) Desinformación en plataformas digitales. d) Buenas prácticas internacionales/experiencia comparada. e) Políticas públicas y desinformación.Para el cumplimiento de su cometido, corresponderán a esta Comisión las siguientes funciones: a) Recomendar a los Ministros o Ministras de Ciencia, Tecnología, Conocimiento e Innovación y Secretaría General de Gobierno, las medidas y/o elementos que contribuyan al desarrollo de la política pública sobre la base del análisis de los distintos conocimientos asociados a la relación entre la desinformación y el debilitamiento de la democracia. b) Asesorar técnicamente la participación del Ministerio Secretaría General de Gobierno en el Hub de Desinformación de la OCDE y en las instancias internacionales relevantes para la temática de la desinformación y su impacto en la democracia. Sin perjuicio de las atribuciones que le corresponda ejercer al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. c) Elaborar informes de actividades que contengan las propuestas o conclusiones que surjan en el marco de su funcionamiento, proponer recomendaciones y resolver consultas sobre las temáticas señaladas, previamente formuladas por parte de Segegob y/o del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología, Conocimiento e Innovación. Las funciones antes señaladas son de naturaleza consultiva y en ningún caso pueden importar el desarrollo de acciones de carácter ejecutivo por parte de la Comisión Asesora. Show less
