-Supervise and direct daily operations of the company’s imaging (photography) department to ensure production of high quality, commercial photography work for the purposes of online cataloging, marketing, and social media purposes.-Communicate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to determine priorities of daily imaging tasks and needs.-Collaborate with Creative Art and Marketing teams to create digital photography assets for use in the company’s marketing and social media campaigns.-Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot all studio photography equipment, gear, hardware and software on a daily basis.

-Served as the lead Tax Performance Systems (TPS) Analyst for the Louisiana Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits system. -Performed annual reviews of all thirteen tax functions within the UI program to ensure quality in the performance of each function and assess any risks associated with established Agency policies and procedures. -Prepared a detailed, written annual report presenting the results from all reviews conducted during the program year to the United States Department of Labor. Delivered annual report to the Chief of UI Tax and the managers of every tax unit to discuss findings and risks arising from all reviews, and met with them in person to offer input on ways to ensure that all operations within the tax units meet Federal and State quality assurance guidelines.-Conducted quartely audits of non-monetary decisions issued on Unemployment Insurance Benefits claims by the Agency in order to assess the timeliness and quality of issuance based on Federal and State law, and the Agency's policies and procedures. -Performed validation of data reported by the Agency to USDOL on various reporting categories regarding Unemployment Insurance claims and payments. -Participated in regional reviews conducted by USDOL in Dallas, TX as a subject matter expert for the State of Louisiana. -Assisted in training new Quality Control auditors. -Succesfully and timely completed assignments of TPS, DV, BAM, and BTQ cases during two substantial transitional phases in staffing within the Quality Control Unit. -Served as Quality Control team captain, along with the Quality Control manager, in the Agency-wide implementation of a virtual, one-stop interactive site (HiRE) for UI claimants and employers. -Performed other duties as assigned by manager, including on-going English-Spanish translation work for other units within the Agency.

-Audited randomly selected samples of Unemployment Insurance claims to ensure compliance of claimants, employers, and the Agency itself, with State and Federal laws, policies, and regulations regarding Unemployment Insurance benefits. -Conducted interviews with claimants and employers to ensure accuracy and completion of information utilized by the Agency before issuing benefits payments to claimants, in order to ensure propriety of those payments. -Analyzed employer payroll information to ensure accuracy of wages reported to the State for purposes of Unemployment Insurance taxes, as well as accuracy of benefit charges to employer accounts. -Performed corrective action on claims when needed as result of fact-finding, and notified all parties affected by the corrective action in a tactful manner. -Prepared detailed, written summaries of investigation for the U.S. Department of Labor on every audited case, presenting all findings of the investigation. -Perfomed quarterly reviews of monetary and non-monetary determinations issued by the Agency for timeliness and quality of said determinations. -Performed other Quality Control duties as assigned by manager, which included English and Spanish language translation work for various units within the Agency. -As a bilingual employee of the Agency with an outstanding record of English-Spanish translation/interpretation work for various units within the Agency (7 years), played a vital role in the implementation of a new interactive voice response (IVR) system for the Agency in 2013, translating and recording all the system prompts in both English and Spanish.

-Analyzed and adjudicated requests for retroactive payment of Unemployment Insurance benefits claims, either approving or denying such requests, and contacting the claimants to obtain additional information when needed before issuing determination. -Verified claimants'​ legal residency and employment status, and adjudicated claims regarding alien/residence issues. -Assisted Spanish speaking Unemployment Insurance claimants with all aspects of their claims. -Assisted in the training of new staff at the call center, being available to assist them with questions regarding claims, and served as Claims Center team leader. -Assisted in the translation and interpretation for participants in Unemployment Insurance appeal hearings, ensuring that all information is conveyed to all participants of the hearing accurately from Spanish to English and viceversa. -Conducted fact-finding for claims of Spanish speaking claimants on behalf of various agency units regarding potential issues on claims. -Recorded Spanish prompts for the agency's automated system.
