In my nearly 8 years at Adjust I scaled the Adjust EMEA team from just 2 people and 1,5m EUR ARR to 50+ people 47m EUR ARR. I was in charge of defining and developing the Go-To-Market strategy and build the required infrastructure to execute and achieve our aggressive growth goals. I was in charge of setting those goals and developing sales tactics to ensure cross department alignment and enable the teams to expand our business from just DACH to countless countries in the EMEA region. I formed, grew & managed the AE team, the Solutions Consultant team, the Partnerships team and the customer success team. One of my early responsibilities was to create and develop a solid sales process and support structure, so that every team could solely concentrate on revenue generating tasks. Together with the Marketing and Business Development team we constantly reiterated our traget accounts lists and introduce technology and tools to ensure we are addressing exactly the right audience. As a result of this I made strategic decisions as to where to open offices or hire the right talent. Adjust is a global B2B SaaS company. Born at the heart of the mobile app economy and grown out of a passion for technology, the company now has 16 offices around the world.Adjust's platform includes measurement, fraud prevention, cybersecurity and marketing automation products.
