I was in charge of setting those goals and developing sales tactics to ensure cross department alignment and enable the teams to expand our business from just DACH to countless countries in the EMEA region. I formed, grew & managed the AE team, the Solutions Consultant team, the Partnerships team and the customer success team. One of my early responsibilities was to create and develop a solid sales process and support structure, so that every team could solely concentrate on revenue generating tasks.
