I am a macroeconomist with a strong background in economic policy analysis, a keen interest in (monetary) macroeconomics, politics and public affairs, as well as an inquiring and motivated personality.I hold a PhD in economics and finance from the University of St. Gallen focusing on monetary policy and empirical macroeconomics. During my education and professional career I’ve also specialized in public finance, educational economics, trade economics, health economics and econometrics.During my career I had also the opportunity to gain a lot of experience in media communication (incl. TV, radio) and to build a political network in Switzerland. I’m also used to lead teams and complex projects.
