CurrentManufacturing Lead• Lead and supervise all stages of manufacturing processes applying the company's Quality Management System manual.• Determination of personnel, equipment, tools, and other requirements to run production.• Determination of the Bill of Materials (BOM).• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and MIL-SPECS.• Designing manufacturing process of the mechanical parts• Modeling 2D drawings to 3D using Autodesk Inventor.• Request quotations (RFQ) for electronic components and mechanical parts.• Market Analysis and research on new suppliers of electronic components and mechanical parts.Electronic Engineering• Reading and interpreting schematic diagrams.• Electrical test determination.• Develop and implement electrical test procedures as needed.• Reverse engineering of electronic assemblies of the legacy communications systems.Quality Control Specialist• Performing incoming, in-process and final inspection of the parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometers, height gages, digital indicators, go/no-go pins, microscope, surface comparators and magnified lenses. • Knowledge and application of standard ANSI/ASQ Standard Z1.4 – 2008 “ACCEPTANCE SAMPLING SYSTEM”• Knowledge and application of standard IPC-A-610 “ACCEPTABILITY OF ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLIES”• Knowledge and application of standard IPC J-STD-001 “STANDARD SOLDERING REQUIREMENTS”• Drafting technical reports of inspection results recording NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report) and CAR (Corrective Action Request) as was needed.
