As intern at Westfalenfinanz, an independent M&A_Boutique, I was supporting the German mittelstand with all questions regarding acquisitions, divestment as well as business succession.My tasks included:- Conduction of profound market research regarding potential acquisition targets for various clients- Compiling financial data in order to make the client more attractive for potential investors

In cooperation with the executive board of dormakaba, I developed a valuation cockpit based on different KPI as well as the discounted cash flow method as part of my bachelor's degree. After the successful development process, I got to utilize the cockpit during several transactions.
