Trained and Qualified to South Dakota Law Enforcement Standards.- Trained on Techniques of Restraining, using hand cuffs, flex cuffs, leg irons, belly chain or strap. - Member of (DCS) "Disturbance Control Squad"- A specialized Team, used for controlling any type of disturbance or a planned disturbance.- Member of "Cell Entry Team"- Enter a cell where an inmate has become unruly.
