Jobandtalent is a disruptive global player in the temp staffing and HR industry with a strong external growth dynamic reflected in France by the acquisition in 2021 of D2L Group, a specialist in logistics temp staffing and HR services● Management of the FP&A, treasury, controlling and consolidation teams (c. 15 people) with a large number of legal entities● Implementation of internal and external reporting tools and processes (implementation of BI tools and dashboards, identification of KPIs, leading communication with the head office located in Spain)● Preparation of various financial modeling (management accounts, budget, business plan and projective cash flow statements)● Negotiation of financing at local level (France): working capital facilities and long term debts● Working capital: improvement of the collection process (20-day reduction in DSO) and optimization of all available WC improvement levers● Supervision of annual and monthly accounting closing (BD10 after closing of invoicing)● Management of the relationship with third parties (banks & factoring, auditors, legal and financial advisors)● Identification and management of organizational and strategic projects (particularly in accounting, payrolling and IT)● Management of the French corporate finance (ie. acquisitions and long term financing)
