Customers: AIRBUS Central Entity (Transport Jig & Tools department)Project: Transport Jigs & Tools monitoringSubject: Expertise and technical support to AIRBUS• Management : - Project management from Kick Off Meeting to the tools EIS at AIRBUS site. - Technical assistance related to air transport activities via BELUGA ST / XL.• Beluga XL project: - Compliance of the existing tool fleet in order to make it compatible with the Beluga XL. - Study of new tooling projects for the Beluga XL, with the aim of increasing program rates and increasing the transport volume. • Industrial Process FUIN.0.3.0.2 linked to the aircraft parts transportation: -Technical support in the drafting of the new process for transporting aircraft parts.• ATI technical support: - Work in tandem with Airbus Transport International (ATI) to certify and validate the transport of a Transport Cargo Unit (TCU). - Development and implementation of an IT tool for the certification of a TCU, more operational, ergonomic and automated, with the aim of simplifying and optimizing the validation phase before the flight on Beluga ST or XL.

Project: Optimisation of the A350XWB engine thrust reverser assembly line- Analysis of the need, drafting of specifications, call for tender, selection of the supplier and implementation of the technical solution.- Compliance with performance indicators: Safety, Quality, Time, Cost.- Design of technical solutions via CAD.- Development and implementation of a task management tool within the department.
