Weekly sales reporting responsable : Turnover, gross margin, pricing.Payroll reporting : actual, budget and forecast, allocationpurchasing and general installation activity follow up : database creation and forecast EBITDA, cash Flow and general expenses follow up

Sales Activity: (Since 2012)- Monthly Sales Reporting Responsible, Worldwide perimeter and Suspension Division: Actual and forecasted Sales, variation vs budget and (Y-1) (550 M€ per year)- Responsible of the Sales BDG: forecasted volumes, price policy, steel price variation, consolidation- Sales Price control, project profitability follow-up: Sales Director & Key Account Manager support- World Automotive Market follow-up and Market Statistical analyses (Global Insight database)- Key-user SAP, Sales Retrieves on BO and SAPEurope Costing Activity: (Since 2016)- Responsible of the costing and profitability calculation for Europe Request of Quotation- Projects Profitability follow-up of on development and mass production phase: action plan elaboration- Support to Financial & Sales Directors on sales and industrial strategic decision R&D Activity: (2014-2016)- BDG construction of the R&D departments and costs per project allocation- Recharge of the R&D Cost calculation to the different entities (5 Mi€ to allocate)- Follow-up & monthly expenses reporting to the different R&D Managers
