Passionate about bread from a very young age, and very much in touch with wheat and cereal farming as I grew up helping my father on the farm, I decided to immerse myself in the wheat, milling and baking sector.After completing a bachelor's degree at the French Milling School and training as a baker in a typical French artisanal bakery.I began to satisfy my strong curiosity and desire to understand how flour and bread work by joining the Mühlenchemie team in 2008. Mühlenchemie is one of the world's leading suppliers of ingredients, solutions and services to the flour milling industry.After learning the ropes of formulation and new product development in the lab, I progressed to sales and management positions in Europe and Africa before taking on a global role as Head of Strategic Development.This last role allowed me to use the full range of my skills and knowledge to develop new services to add value to millers around the world, mainly through deeper insights into the wheat market, new market development and digital solutions, among others.I'm now an independent consultant to the milling sector with the goal of putting all the knowledge and experience I've gained along the way at the service of the milling sector.The main services I offer are:-Wheat sourcing strategy-Investment and operational strategy-R&D and innovation management
