Led Engineering team for Galileo Spacecraft Operations, overseeing engineering activities.Defined operational concepts, including mission phases and satellite modes, for Galileo program (first 4 satellites in-orbit validation [IOV] of European navigation constellation built by AIRBUS). Managed spacecraft operations of 4 IOV, utilizing 1st SOYUZ launch vehicle from French Guiana, supporting launch and early orbit phase / in-orbit testing (LEOP/IOT) on site. Reported project progress to key internal players, interacting with customer regarding every phase of assigned satellite operational matters and levels of review.

Supported mission flight control team for launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) of 3 ESA missions. Managed ground station equipment setup and installation. Reviewed operational incidents, and analyzed ground station equipment failures and engineering activities, including definition and validation process updates in connection with ground station network.

Significant flight control team contribution acting as Ground Operations Manager during LEOP of ESA missions: ROSETTA, SMART-1, MARS EXPRESS, INTEGRAL, ENVISAT, Meteosat Second Generation, PROBA.Responsible for upgrades and handover of ground station RF front-end equipment, including training to Ground Station staff in station equipment.Participation into production of quality document ISO 9001 and quality audit.
