Sales Office Supervisor at The Cotton Group, a company that commercializes the promotional textile brand B&C all over Europe. I was the interface between customers and the production department (local office and factories in far East) for tailor-made garments (ex : Club Med uniforms, official tee-shirt for the Marathon of Paris, work wear for the KONE (lifts) technicians...) : gathering all technical specifications from the customer, checking feasibility with buyers and factories, checking shipping routes and costs with logistics, calculating quotations, following the whole production process : product development, sample approval, production, shipment, delivery to customer and invoicing.

Customer Service Assistant at The Cotton Group. The key tasks were : customer order processing in the ERP system, follow-up until delivery to the customer, invoicing, handling claims. The company aims at offering a 5-stars service to its 60 distributors all over Europe, this implies for the Customer Service a pro-active communication with the distributors, daily information flows with all the departments (supply chain, credit control, marketing, quality, ...), and to be flexible and solutions minded. This function evolved during 4 years (2003-2006) towards a double function of Customer Service Assistant and Internal Sales : I operated as a Sales Manager on some Eastern Europe markets : Baltic republics and Balkans (Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, ...) : key contact point with the distributors, setting up sales objectives and budgets, visits, developing marketing actions.
