*Payroll: coordinate with external payroll providers, ensure compliance, answer to any kind of employees queries, liaise with finance (booking, audit) and the rest of the HR team, administrate benefits and search for benefits enhancement, implement payroll with new provider. *HR: prepare contracts, extensions, maintain the records in the HR systems and process the changes, ensure compliance, provide legal advice. -> Working with Success Factors as main HR system, and with time management tools such as Tamigo, Calabrio.-> Working and speaking on a daily basis: in English, Spanish and French.
