Negotiate costs for meeting venues, lodging, and catering. Responsible for the communication of information to all participants.Prepare standard and special reports following general directions in a timely manner.Analyze, track, and reconcile all departmental expenses.Create and maintain rosters and distribution lists for e-mail Maintain departmental records.Participate in special teams/projects as needed.
