Operation management of two sites (Mozzate e Carbonate). 77 blue collars and 13 white collars, specialists and first line managers, working in a 7-days organization. Report to local Operation Manager.I fully met the target of switching the four sites from geographical to functional organization. Company restructuring completed in December 2007.

Reporting to European president, I managed all company aspects (except sales, regional level organized). According to headquarter guidelines, in 2005 and 2006 I implemented a general reorganization, to optimize bottom line profit, focus on core business and increase group synergies. Company turned from 180 to 110 employees, passing from the beginning 11 lines up to 2 hydro-entanglement production lines at the end.Continuous focus on customer satisfaction (claims incidence on turnover reduced by 50%), on yields (7-days operating lines uptime increased over 85%, throughput increased by 20%), on safety (more than 400 days without any lost time accident) brought to conversion cost reduction by 15% in three years.“Problem solving” faced with team work, spreading of responsibilities, motivation of people were the key factors to success working experience.
