I've been working as a designer for more than 15 years, the last 10 focusing on innovation projects, methods, processes, strategies and services development for large national and global companies. I co-founded Wake Insights, where I led service design projects based on behavioral studies, I was part of Livework, working on the development of high impact services, worked as an innovation strategist at Box1824 and I'm also founded WKS, a company specialized in collaborative processes focused on innovation, where I facilitated the creation and planning of solutions (services, products and strategies) that solved problems generating impact for companies and society. Today I am part of the KES team as Head of Product & Experience Design.
