Service Manager & Functional lead for “Automation as a service” project: Application of automation solutions to back office processes, with focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, in order to provide significant improvements in terms of efficiency and effectiveness:• Conduction of preliminary meetings with client to evaluate the potential of robotics in the perimeter of back office processes• High level assessment on selected business areas (discovery phase);• Client support during the RPA software selection; • Functional lead and Process architect for the analysis and definition of automation solutions applied to back office processes;• Functional and tech team coordination in the analysis, development and testing of automation solutions (10 head count);

Main project experience:Smart Automation Program: I led the end-to-end implementation of RPA solutions to automate several Customer Operations processes (contact center and back-office), analyzing them in different points of view in order to identify optimization opportunities and evaluate automation feasibility; I worked a cross-functional team of 10+ RPA professionals and participated the plan's execution across 3 countries, partnering with local teams and liaising with all business and IT key stakeholders (for a primary European ICT provider of payment and transaction processing services)
