I consider myself a humanist who believes in interpersonal relationships as an important and fundamental part of the development of society and the world.I was born and raised in São Paulo, and in addition to music and photography, I have always had a natural curiosity for biology and chemistry, which led me to choose Pharmacy as my degree. My concern for people's well-being and the desire to contribute to society led me to the diagnostics sector.My professional journey began while I was still at university, when I began my career as a sales rep. Over time, I moved through several areas within the organization until I reached general management. During this trajectory, I had the opportunity to lead teams in challenging times, integrate mergers and acquisitions, and develop business strategies that resulted in the expansion of markets and the creation of new opportunities in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sector.Throughout my career, I have led teams and strategic projects in challenging contexts, always focusing on high performance, business expansion and innovation.
