Providing assistance from check-in to boarding procedures representing Emirates, Austrian airlines, MEA, Tunisair, Royal Air Maroc, Air Algerie, Germanwings, Norwegian, Icelandair, Air France, Hop, and Aerlingus;Take reservations, issue tickets, verify passenger identification, print boarding passes, and assist passengers to check in their baggage at ticket counters;Ensure prompt baggage deliveries and conduct security screenings of passengers and baggage when required;Check tickets at departure and arrival gates, verify passenger counts, and announce boarding sections;Respond to telephone inquiries and provide flight departure and arrival information;Assist those in need of special attention, including the elderly and unaccompanied minors, as well as passengers who have missed their flights.

I have been working as human resources, IT and purchasing manager at theoffice of the notary Carlo Gaudenzi since September 2014. Further to the aboveresponsibilities I also work closely with the finance department by maintainingrelationships with clients, suppliers and banks and dealing with the accountingtasks.

In 2008 I started my own company in printer cartridge recycling which consequently led to the opening of a dedicated store in 2010. From July 2012 the company turned into an e-commerce only platform while maintaining the acquired clients with a view to expanding the client base.I have been working as an IT consultant for Sphera Soluzioni Informatiche since January 2103 developing projects for BNL and Hera comm with Doc1 software.

I covered various roles for this IT company. Initially I was at the telephone helpdesk for products and was involved in the selection and training of newemployees. I was also responsible for the administrative elements such asinvoice and document archiving with a team of 3 employees.

I worked for various companies during my time at this temporary agencyincluding Credito Italiano bank, Tipografia Mori and Giuffrè Editore with rolesranging from administrative to IT functions.
