After almost twenty years working for a French multinational company of automotive industry, in 2009 end I have decided to leave it in order to pursue new challenges and I had the opportunity to start work at Group Valeo (Lighting Systems), where I have worked as Site Quality Supervisor. Later on (August 2012) I have received the invitation to join Alstom Group as Site Quality Manager at Rolling Stock site (at Lapa – São Paulo). After some time working for this last company, I had the privilege to receive an invitation to come back to Valeo Group to work as Site Quality Manager at the same site I had worked before.I have an entrepreneurial vision and results´ focus. I am an outgoing person, dynamic and creative, characteristics that provide me good communication and good interpersonal relationship among all levels, facilitating leadership and team motivation. Despite it, I believe that it is possible give all employees a systemic vision of the processes, which is essential for innovation and common success.
