Zilor transforms sugarcane into food and clean energy, respecting the environment and the communities where it operates. The company uses biotechnology processes to develop natural solutions. The Santo Antonio Energia is the fourth largest Hydroelectric Plant in Brazil and it was founded in 2008 and became fully operational in 2016.I was in charge of the IT area that includes projects, information security, infrastructure (with telecommunications) and systems operations. ETH Bioenergy produces clean and renewable energy sources derived from sugar, such as ethanol (fuel alcohol) and electricity. ETH is controlled by the Odebrecht Organization.I worked with a project focused in selection, implantation and integration of ERP, agricultural and industrial softwares. I worked in system integration projects, system data migration projects and software development projects. The software development project used different technologies like Oracle PL/SQL, Centura, JAVA (JSP/ Spring / Hibernate). The softwares that were produced by my projects were focused in financial market (usually banks) and it was incorporated to the company financial software package.In the software data migration the company needed to transfer information between the old systems (from other supplier) to the company's software. The project produced files layouts and mechanisms to read files that were produced by the other supplier.I coordinated projects with the following characteristics: - Team - between three and eight resources - Time - between four and eighteen months - Effort - between eight hundred and five thousands hours
