With 26 years operating in a Media Company like Sky, I covered several roles, in a leadership position, in Customer Service, B2B Contact Center and B2B Contract's Administration. 12 years ago, the Company gave me the new opportunity to fit a new position in the world of advertising spaces, on the sales process side.In my current role, I mainly manage everything that concerns investors for any need related to formal/contractual aspects. From onboarding activities as official suppliers of our customers to agreements' finalizations, going through the negotiations with counterparts. I also manage the relations with Government Related customers based in Italy. Once a Public Administration buys advertising spaces, me and my team produce and send all the documentation requested by the Italian Law (D.Lgs 50/2016).All the above activities are done in collaboration with the departments involved (eg. Legal, Finance, HR). Contract Management gave me also the opportunity not only to learn the basics of the Italian Law regarding media in all its forms, but also awarenwss about other important laws. For instance, D.Lgs 81/2008 about employees' security and healthness in the working spaces, D.Lgs. 231/2001 and GDPR. About the last one, the Company nominated me Data Protection Champion and I am now member of the Team that has the responsibility to constantly monitor each company's process that has to be Privacy complaint, in order to avoid possible data breach.I do my best to do always my work with optimism, honesty and enthusiasm, trying to be empathetic with those near to me.
