I have been working in the bottling sector since 2011, first as Project Manager of complete bottling lines for the company Smi s.p.a. (Smigroup), then as sales manager for the company Enoberg S.r.l. (Smigroup).EDUCATIONThe mixed technical/economic education provided a solid basis for the first work experience as Project Manager, allowing a more immediate understanding of the technical aspects of the work and consequently, more flexible and effective management of even complex projects and has helped in my professional advancement. The day-by-day experience gained at work is an essential element to keep up with product and process developments.PROJECT MANAGEMENTProject Management played a key role in my professional experience. In just a few years it has allowed me to learn all the relevant technical aspects of the machines that are part of a bottling line and, at the same time, to develop and consolidate relationships with new or already acquired customers, as well as with the company’s internal departments. This has contributed to the growth and consolidation of the company’s role in the complete bottling line segment.INDIVIDUAL WORKEvery result, small or large, is the result of the daily sacrifice of the individual that make himself available to the company. The gradual growth within the company, the mistakes made and the satisfaction obtained taught me that every decision must always be considered and oriented to the interest of the company and its growth, as well as to customer satisfaction.CONSULTANCYProject management and Sales require a constant and continuous relationship with the end customer.
