Negotiate and finalize Global and local Corporate and Trade contracts, establishing parameters, terms and conditions. • Main achievements: Opening of new service Amman – Rome - Amman in 2010 and responsible of all start up activities in Jordan such as build up the commercial structure of Alitalia in Jordan, register the company c/o local authorities, request traffic rights, hire local staffs, set up office management and implement all commercial, marketing, administrative, and legal activities in a new market.Managing in Switzerland the bankruptcy of “old” Alitalia LAI at the end of 2008, ensuring the continuity of the business in an extremely difficult situation and the start-up of new Alitalia CAI.• Airport Activities: Operational supervision for: airport ticket counter, check-in / gate areas, ramp, Lost & Found, catering, E-Ticketing implementation.
