He expanded his responsibilities to oversee 10 retail locations across Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, managing a team of over 270 staff members. His primary role involved defining the commercial strategy in collaboration with Store Managers, monitoring performance, and managing personnel through recruitment, selection, training, and motivation. Additionally, he ensured compliance with health and safety regulations and analyzed KPIs to meet commercial and economic objectives.

As an Area Manager at Lidl Italia, he was instrumental in driving the company's commercial and strategic directives within his territory. He ensured adherence to commercial standards while strategically planning medium- to long-term objectives to optimize the economic performance of each store. In addition to overseeing sales growth and operational efficiency, he played a key role in selecting and training collaborators, equipping them with the skills needed for exceptional performance and competitiveness in the local market. This combination of strategic planning, operational management, and talent development was essential for achieving sustainable business results and fostering continuous growth in the region.

As Project Leader, he coordinated a team of six collaborators to manage complex real estate development projects. He defined and implemented project plans involving all stakeholders to ensure technical and economic feasibility. His responsibilities included coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring timely execution of approved projects, managing the annual budget, and sharing the strategic plan with the Regional Director while overseeing financial performance and analyzing results.

As Project Manager in the Real Estate department at LIDL Italia, he oversaw the opening and renovation of retail locations, ensuring projects met deadlines. He managed site budgets and resources, coordinating activities for smooth execution. His role included quality control, leading a team of technicians and professionals to ensure adherence to technical specifications and optimize costs, culminating in the final closure balance of construction sites.

Since December 2014 I started a collaboration in the Studio of Engineering Geddo Astolfi, dedicating myself mainly to research and assistance for technical consultancy both in the branches of construction and urban planning.

In the final period of my Master degree in Engineering Infrastructure I created a successful co-operation between my analysis activities at the Laboratory of the Department of Roads at the University of Padua and the work activity in non-destructive examination (in particular infrared technologies) by Eng. Luca Del Nero. My study aimed to analyze the thermal behavior of specific materials typically used in the construction of road surfaces in order to evaluate their performance in terms of heat emissions. The equipment available was an infrared camera of the latest generation (NEC Avio Infrared H2640), one of the most powerful and sophisticated equipment used today for thermographic analysis. I devoted myself to this work and I became soon a skilled expert in terms of thermography applied to my specific area. Especially I realized an experimental protocol to assess the convective heating of the air above the different types of building materials.

While specializing in my master's degree I had the pleasure of working with various companies in my field of study that showed considerable interest in the outcome of my experimental activity. In particular I defined a specific characterization to qualify the thermal behaviour of various types of paving, I prepared ad hoc experimental protocols and performed thermographic analyses with a Nec Avio 2640 Infrared Camera.

Throughout my university years I played professional volleyball at a national level (championship series A and B) dedicating several hours a day to training. My team at Parma University won the National University Championships in 2011.

While studying for my degree I did a six-month stage at Edil.Ge.Co. Srl, a building company in Parma. During that time I estimated the cost of various projects and I assisted the site engineer in inspections. I also perfected my skills in designing building parts using AutoCAD and CivilDesign.
