• Management, coordination, and guidance of the IT services team in compliance with the received activity and development plans, company and/or group projects, ensuring functionality, quality, and timeliness of processes, data security, and appropriate resource sizing for each project. This is to ensure efficient and effective management of human and technical resources available.• Managing relationships with external entities and other company sectors, promptly addressing malfunctions and discrepancies that may arise during the deployment phase of various activities and identifying corrective and improvement actions.• Responsible for overseeing the Change and Incident Management procedures.• Providing managerial and technical guidance to ensure 24/7 service delivery and monitoring of KPIs.
