• Conducts daily walkthroughs in the condominium building in order to assure safe practices among MEPCO employees• Elaborates and presents assessments to management in order to identify safety deficiencies and corrections to such.• Conducts Tool Box Topics to MEPCO employees on a daily basis• Enforces safety guidelines established in the DECCO safety plan• Coordinates spot checks, inspections and safety audits in the Condominium• Presents weekly data to DECCO safety department about unsafe acts and related information.• Interacts with DECCO safety representatives as well as other contractors to accomplish safety standards
