Main activities:- consolidation and analysis of all legal entities management report on a monthly basis (Revenues: ~ 4 Billion Eur);- preparation and comment on the main consolidated economic-financial key data to support the Management meetings;- use of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) for analysis and reporting.

Main activities:- preparation of multi-year planning documents (5-year Business Plan), annual (Budget), infra-annual (Forecast);- preparation and analysis of management reports on a monthly basis (Revenues: ~ 100 Million Eur);- preparation of financial statements and assistance in preparing Consolidated financial statements according to international accounting standards (IAS / IFRS);- relationship with external auditors and consultants;- preparation of the documents necessary to carry out the main tax obligations.Special projects:Sep’19 – May ‘21 “Process owner Finance” in implementation new ERP system “Sap 4/Hana” Feb ‘19 – Mar ‘19: Process of integrating the administrative area of the “Blair-HSM” Group (group of companies controlled by the Magnaghi Aeronautica Spa) located in the State of New York - USA. Main activities:- management of the tax aspect of medium-large companies (100 -300 employees) for the preparation of all the obligations required by Italian and EU tax law;- preparation of financial statements in ordinary and abbreviated form;Special projects:- participation in the organization of the "America's Cup Napoli" event in 2012 as a member of the team set up to support the directors of ACN Srl for tax and corporate consultancy;- member of the board of statutory auditors of Metal Sud Srl in the period 2011-2014;- administrative and financial manager of Se.r.i.
