 Designed and created custom Meraki MDM profiles for iOS, macOS, Windows and Android devices, enabling the company to secure and manage its mobile device fleet with ease. These profiles included security policies, device restrictions, and VPN configurations, improving the security and productivity of the mobile workforce while reducing management overhead by 25% Successfully implemented a helpdesk system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services for the organization. The implementation included configuring and customizing the system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including defining service level agreements, creating workflows and escalation rules, and integrating with other systems such as email and asset management.  Configured and deployed 18 secure Meraki access points in the organization's wireless network, implementing strong security measures such as WPA2-Enterprise, 802.1X authentication, and network segmentation to ensure that only authorized users and devices could connect to the network.
