Professional Summary:As the founder of a company, I initially took charge of developing a ceramic tile adhesive factory project. After conducting market analysis and evaluating the project, I presented it to Celima, a strategic local business partner. In late 1996, we commenced the implementation of the factory within the Celima-Trebol plant in San Martin de Porres, Lima. I led the development and research of formulas for thinset and grout for ceramic tiles, followed by their mass production. I also conducted process analysis and optimized production. Additionally, I provided customer training, support, and organized seminars and congresses across Peru to introduce thinset to the market.In 2004, upon reaching an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons, I spearheaded the design of the country's first automated thinset factory. By 2005, with a $2 million investment, we initiated construction in Puente Piedra for the new factory, facility, and office building. In 2006, we started production in the new factory, reaching an annual output of 60,000 tons, which was half its maximum installed capacity. Consequently, the company solidified its position as the number one leader in Peru.
