Due to my personal and professional experiences I am able to communicate with people with differentcultures and background. I am empathic and caring and this attitude allows me to get the attention and the trust of the person I am speaking with. In the last period I had to work mainly from home using only my phone. This situation has been a good training to me for improving my communication skillswithout the help given by an “in person meeting”. Those deadlines can be stressfulso I learned how to manage stress situations and how to work under pressure.The current job as Access Point Support Representative developed my ability to organize myweekly working schedule such as customers appointments, daily work tasks and reporting activities inorder to achieve in the best way the results requested by the company. Besides I expandedmy ability to communicate with people coming from different working fields, being the Access Pointsdifferent kinds of stores in different environments.Good command of the Microsoft Office applications.I am a positive person. My work, training and personal experience led me to collaborate and managepeople of different cultures and backgrounds, situations in which I have always found myself at ease. Iam proactive and ambitious and I aim to grow further.UPS gave me the opportunity to improve my position within the company. My career began as aworker in the warehouse, hired by an external OSP. Then I have been recruited directly at the UPSBGY GTW and after few months I moved to the Access Point department. I do not see this growth as apoint of arrival but more likely as a starting point. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges. I am also available to travel, even for long period.
