Management and development of machines and integrated lines for industrial automation, analysis of timing and working methods, management of specific documentation (control cards, process auditing, operational schemes, control plan, flow chart and PFMEA), layout and management activities of various kinds concerned with the development of productivity.Specific activities: validation and certification of three assembly lines according to procedure GDPIM, design and preparation of technical specifications for new assembly lines, analysis of the design and construction of a fourth one, and management responsibility for the activities of the plant expansion.
