Project: Asset Evolution for GenAI Personalized CX- Role: As an OSS SME, I was responsible for designing use cases in an integrated end-to-end Google Cloud Platform solution, leveraging both Google Functions and the LLM Library, as well as PEGA CDH for Next Best Action/Offer (NBA/O) and PEGA Process AI for process orchestration.- Main achievements: Use case definition and implementation.

Project: Network Inventory Transformation for one of the largest European Network Operators.- Role: As a Project Delivery Lead, I am accountable for orchestrating multiple stakeholders (including the functional team, development team, client, demand, and other vendors) and managing multiple concurrent developments (using both Scrum and waterfall methodologies).- Main achievements: my main achievements include the ongoing transformation of the Network Design system into a low-code solution and the implementation of a Business-As-Usual initiatives pipeline for other systems in the Inventory domain.

Project: Network Assurance System Upgrade into a Cloud-Native Application for one of the largest European Network Operators (multiple OpCos integrated).- Role: as a Test Manager, my responsibilities included designing, planning, and managing the execution of both Integration and User Acceptance Tests. I coordinated with my project management and client stakeholders to prevent environment overlaps and other types of obstacles.- Main achievements: successfully delivered integration tests and user acceptance tests for three OpCos.

Project: open RAN Network Greenfield Implementation for one of the largest Asian Telecom companies.- Role: as an OSS SME, I was responsible for designing a multi-tenant SIM/MSSDN Inventory and the related Mobile Number Portability life cycle from scratch. All implementations were built in compliance with both TM Forum Information Framework Standard (SID) and Open APIs.- Main achievements: my main achievements included the design of the greenfield solution and providing support to the test team.

Project: Cross-OSS Domain System Transformation Project for one of the largest Network Operators in Southern Europe.- Role: as a consultant, my responsibilities were extended to include the collection and design of new requirements, the creation of functional design documentation, and the design of both user acceptance and integration tests. I was also responsible for user education training on new platform solutions and related service introduction activities.- Main Achievements: The project team successfully led the full replacement of a large number of legacy systems with a new single platform. Personally, I trained more than 100 users on the new platform across multiple domains.

Network Performance System Integration Project for one of the largest Network Operators in Southern Europe.- Role: As a Functional Analyst, I was responsible for creating functional design documentation, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing post-production support.- Main Achievements: the project team successfully led the full replacement of multiple legacy systems.
