With over 20 years of experience in the toy industry, I am the Founder and Creative Director of TOY Design, a design agency that works with global clients such as Hasbro, Ravensburger, De Agostini, and Play Doh. I lead a team of talented designers and inventors who share my passion for creating playful and meaningful products and experiences that bring joy and value to people of all ages and abilities.As a Contract Professor at Politecnico di Milano and a member of LUDI - Play for Disability and IPA - International Play Association, I also apply my expertise in design strategy and project management to the field of meta-design and social innovation. I have co-authored several publications and delivered presentations on the role and impact of design for improving the quality of life of people with autism. In 2020, I launched TOY Design Academy, a coaching program that helps aspiring toy inventors create and pitch their ideas to companies in a professional way. My mission is to empower people to express their potential through play and design.
