Responsible for the S&OP process covering now all Copersucar's mills, 3rd Party Mills and Vibra's Distribution bases in BR

Adding Sugar S&OP process to the previous role, had the opportunity to lead a cross section team to deliver and improve the results from each business from the company.

Responsible for the S&OP Ethanol Process managing up to 48 mills production, delevering the operations plan in order to meet the Sales Plan target, optimazing all related costs to transportation and materials management

- Responsible for Premium Products S&OP Process, analysing production capacity from each plant, its contraints, defining the production plans and taking actions in order to guarantee the Sales Plan in terms of product availability.- Responsible for supply planning of each Plant and Distribution Center of the Group, leveling inventory according to the sales plan and sales performance.
