I am an industrial engineer with over 20 years of career experience in various areas. For almost 4 years, as one of the main founders of the social impact fund Estímulo, I have the privilege of combining my professional experience, entrepreneurial profile, enthusiasm for technology, and, especially, my desire to contribute to solving social challenges in a sustainable way.Alongside prominent national leaders, we are pioneers of an unprecedented initiative in Brazil that provides small entrepreneurs with a comprehensive package of the solutions they need most: facilitated credit, personalized training, and a powerful network of connections.Currently serving as COO, I lead our efforts to achieve the financial sustainability of the fund, accelerate the growth journey of small entrepreneurs, foster new partnerships, structure an entrepreneurial education hub, and always offer new investment options to supporters.Throughout my career, I have worked in large and multinational companies in areas such as strategy, logistics, finance, technology, and projects. Concurrently, I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship and founded three small businesses, which continue to thrive today.My journey of impact and purpose began in 2002 when I had the honor of volunteering at Casa do Amparo, an NGO that shelters minors in situations of social risk. This experience was profoundly rewarding and enriching.Regarding education, I graduated in Production Engineering from USP and completed an MBA in Administration at FGV, where I also serve as a guest lecturer. I have taken various courses in Brazil and abroad, also having the opportunity to give lectures.Beyond work, my family is my greatest achievement. I am passionate about adventure sports such as mountain biking and trekking. I also dedicate time to staying updated on the latest technology trends, as well as enjoying books and movies.
