Part of the Governance & Compliance team in the Managed Security Services MSS ­ CIPHER.- Followed SLA (Service Level Agreement) treatments to ensure that the requests of clients were being attended correctly;- Effectively prioritize incoming tickets and manage multiple open tickets while waiting on approvals;- Monitored network environment, network assets, sites and customer links;- Provided security policies to the clients network environment;- Ensured systems comply with industry standards such as ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 27002;- Opened tickets for troubleshooting regarding on the type of technology;- Maintained records/logs of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedule;- Day by day technologies used: Microsof (AD, Office, Windows Servers); Ticket (ServiceNow); Proxy; VPN; AntiSpam; Zabbix; Firewall (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet and Dell SonicWALL); Antivirus ( Trend Micro and Symantec).

Selected among more tha 300 candidates for the Trend Micro certification program. Selected by the team to presenting the final project for the executive onboarding. Daily we were in contact with professionals, Brazilian and international, highly trained in the area of cybersecurity in which it provided a unique exchange of knowledge and experiences.

I had worked within the department of Production Planning and Control (PPC) allocated in the project telecommunications Oi S.A. of Brazil. I was part of the billing team interacting with dierent companies, sectors, either internal or external, with the emphasis on the following activities.- Analysis, monitoring and maintenance of several systems in production and homologation such as Collection, Data quality and with strong focus on billing (Arbor and Geneva); - Solving incidents, comply with SLA (Service Level Agreement), besides certifying the availability of services and databases; - Establishment, development and execution of strategic planning focusing on second level of service; - Validation, accompaniment, execution of upgrades and releases of applications;- Reports generation, adjustments and improvements of production results.

I had composed the team of the Command Center and Open Operations (CCO-Open) allocated in the project telecommunications Oi S.A. of Brazil. I had worked as a focal point, responsible for supporting and daily reporting to internal supervisors and customer the execution of activities. Others functions performed. - Carrying out planned operations in a production environment;- Monitoring of various systems, servers, storages, databases, robotized libraries and file system spaces;- Execution of alert activities, service level accompaniment and incidents (occurrence escalation);- Issuance of reports, technical opinions and control metrics of services and staff;- Validation, monitoring and execution of change management;- In addition to the duties inherent to the position, I constantly trained new employees as well as improving the development of documentation and creating operational procedures that contributed to the team achieving better performance results.

I was part of the information technology logistics secretariat (ITLS) within the network services department (NSD).- Assistance in the preparation of infrastructure for systems implementation;- Assistance in network deployment projects;- Issuance of technical opinions and reporting to INFOVIA (government network) Brasília;- Assistance in the follow­up of works inspections for the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure;- Assistance in planning, designing and specifying network infrastructure.
