Fabio Mang is a Sending Admission Coordinator at AFS Switzerland at AFS Intercultural Programs. The organisation was undergoing a strategic review and looking at various options and opportunities too work on in the future, some extensions of their current work and other new areas to explore. Fabio, as part of a core group led by myself, worked closely with internal colleagues and external management consultants and stakeholders, to examine the feasibility of such potential initiatives. I found Fabio to be intelligent, quick to learn, articulate and a great team worker. He worked on defining a financial model for me as well, and adapted quickly to extrapolate data based on assumptions and come to logical solutions. The research, reports and spreadsheets he produced were, in my opinion, well above expectations and similar to what i would expect from someone with experience in a management consulting firm. He is a strategic thinker and was able to reach out to people in the organisation easily, a skill most useful in research. His cheerful personality and ever "happy to help" attitude, combined with a no nonsense approach will make him an asset to any organisation that he works with in the future. "
