I have always been fascinated by the figure of the engineer, so my studies ended with the achievement of a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pavia in 2005. After a short period as a Project Engineer for industrial plants I took the opportunity to enter the marine sector where I integrated my electrical knowledge with that relating to the naval and mechanical field.From the beginning I have been involved in propulsion systems, creating the first experience of an electric hybrid solution at the end of 2008. Subsequently I worked on various projects with mechanical-electrical systems linked to both propulsion and energy management; the company where I worked, RTN, created the Auxilia Electric Propulsion brand to identify the specific expertise gained in this innovative field.My role, being a small company, ranged from the research and development phase to the proposal and project management phase and allowed me to gain experience in the various steps of the project with different on-board systems and suppliers.Starting from October 2023 I have been working in Reintjes Hybrid Power, the "hybrid competence center" of the Reintjes Gmbh company, where I have the technical role of setting up new projects and defining the solutions for the electrical engineering and on-board integration part.My role includes everything to do with electrical energy on board ships and the systems to manage it: motors/generators, electrical cabinets, conversion systems, storage systems (batteries), generation systems, power management systems (PMS).Specialties: Research and Development, Electrical Engineering, Project engineering, Project manager, Proposal Engineering, Sales engineering
